Raw material control
Process control
● Each batch of purchased raw materials is only allowed to be used in the product and passed the inspection.
● Raw material buffer room: the outfield staff can only place the raw materials to be cleaned in the "general operation area" of the [buffer room] t → then the on-site personnel will take over in the "quasi-clean operation area" After preparation completely → enter the production operation area.
● Control the environment before production, during the production process, followed CCP point, carry out inspection and testing, and control the manufacturing environmental conditions.
